Was there ever any doubt that rahm emmanuel would be the mayor of chicago? I knew it as soon as the illinois supreme court broke the rules and allowed him to run.

This is exactly why chicago has a reputation of being the most politically corrupt city on the planet. You would think that the residents of the city would get tired of the label and do something about it, but then, it may not actually be the voters putting these scumbags into office...
